ICMI was founded by the senior management of Inverlochy Castle Hotel, Scotland's most renowned small luxury hotel, to provide a consulting and management service to the hotel and hospitality industries.
The management team has the expertise, experience and structure to assist small to medium size businesses to achieve profitability through sound management and robust innovative marketing. In addition, it also has extensive entrepreneurial experience in real estate, adding a useful adjunct to viewing an under-performing property.
